He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Kristin Chapman (Jarrett), Kathryn Campbell (Matthew) and Michael Morgan; his grandchildren, Grace, Caleb, Isaac, Miles, Owen, Knox and Oliver; his siblings-in-law, William, Loretta Hartzell, Richard, Marieke Hartzell and Edward Cerny; his nephew Steve Cerny (Kelley); his niece Karen Mullett (Jerry); his great-niece Morgan; and his great-nephew Trenton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Family Hospice of Greenville and Veteran's Last Patrol.
