He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ryland Medlock and Mattie Ellen Whitt Medlock; and his brother Ryland Medlock. He is survived by: his wife Joan Darlene Mayfield Medlock; his son Chris Medlock (Vanessa); his sisters, Gerleen Crawford (Danny), Linda Hall, Clarice Allen and Darlene Ridgeway; his granddaughters, Alyssa Dangleman (James) and Sommer Medlock (Javier); and his great grandchildren, Adrienne and Blair.
