He was predeceased by: his mother Angelina Lee Buffoni. He is survived by: his wife Linda Curtis; his sons, Jamie Curtis (Tiffany) and Brian Curtis (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Kendall, Bayley, Brenna and Erin Curtis.
