She was predeceased by : her husband Wendell "Wink" Melvin Armstrong; her parents, John McKinley Stutts and Janie Musgrove Brandon Stutts; and her siblings, Herbert Stutts, Roy Stutts, Robert Stutts, Johnny Stutts, Lewis Stutts, Helen Corley, Sara Neal, Louise Berry and Peggy Rutherford.

She is survived by : her son Stutts Armstrong (Sharman); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Armstrong and Maclean Armstrong; and her brother Barry Stutts (Cathy).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairview Presbyterian Church, 126 Fairview Church Road, Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
