It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Wilson (Fountain Inn, South Carolina), born in Brownsville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 6, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Alton Permenter and Annie Lavernie "Vernie" Bell Permenter; and her sister Billie Jean Hoppers (Larry Hoppers). She is survived by : her husband Jim Wilson; her children, Linda Alexander, Kerri Craig, Jennifer Gibson (Tim), Mike Wilson, Jr. (Cami) and Chris Wilson; and her siblings, Johnny Permenter (Sherry), June Hutchins, Nancy Matthews (Richard) and Jerri Ruth Austin (Jeff).
