Ken Wood Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ken Wood (Fountain Inn, South Carolina), who passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ken may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ken touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Evelyn Burry Wood; his parents, Winslow Smith Wood and Madge Jeanette Jordan Wood; and his siblings, Joe Wood, Elizabeth Wood and Peggy Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
