He was predeceased by : his parents, Moss William Green and Patricia Ann Culbertson Green; and his brother Robin Green. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Owens Green; his children, Lexie, Michael Harvey, Carly and Jim Long; his siblings, Penny, Joe Wood, Patti and Mike Buchanan; and his grandchildren, Branden Harvey, Leah Harvey, Maddox Long, Brody Long and Zachary Long.
