He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Clyde Willis, Jr. and Emma Pauline Cox Willis; his grandparents, Russell, Mamie Cox, Robert Clyde Willis Sr. and Mary Willis; and his brothers, Robert Danny Willis and Ted Cox Willis.

He is survived by : his sister-in-law Jackie Willis; his aunt Louise Patterson; his nieces, Tonya Yount (Jimmy) and Christie Brown (Mario); his great-nephews, Craig Yount (Mary) and Austin Willis; and also, Aleah Yount and Kaidence Weathers.
