She is survived by: her husband Ricky Dale Bouchillon; her daughters, Tonya Penland (Ryan) and Ashley Mease of Virginia; her siblings, Michael Bolt, Larry Bolt, Freda Shealy (Anthony), Tracy Carr and Libby Hughes; her grandchildren, Kameron Cogsdill and Konnor Cogsdill; and her mother-in-law Mary Cox.
