He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie B. Evans and Cleo Barksdale Evans. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Evans; his children, Thurman Lamar Evans, Roderick Evans, Alisha Evans, Trevor Franklin (Tiffany), Mishone Allen and Monica James; and his siblings, Randy Evans and Phyllis Evans Smith (James). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
