With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Ball III of Fripp Island, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward John Ball Jr. and Barbara Louise Ball (Johnson); his sister Judith Louise Johnson (Ball); and his niece Bethany Joyce Neppl (Ball). He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Ball (Peeler) of Fripp Island, SC; his children, Edward J. Ball, IV (Ted), Michael P. Ball (Mike) and Rebecca Marie Salazar (Becky); his son-in-law Gene Scott (Sal); his brother Richard L. Ball (Rick); his nieces, Dianne Casey (Johnson), Krystal Judith Ball and Katie Jane Ball; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Salazar, Michael Patrick Ball, Jr. and Lily Anne Salazar; his sister Cindy Littlefield (Sekula); his siblings' child Lauren Davis; his granddaughter Maiya Davis; his great grandchild Charles Liggitt; and his grandsons, Colton Liggitt, Kalan Michael Yonke and Tanner Michael Jessip.
