He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Pate; his daughter Ashley Mullen (Will); his stepson Shane Smith; his grandsons, Finley and Breyer Mullen; his brother Scott Pate; his aunt Pat Kendrick (John); and his sibling's children, Jessica and Jeremy (Courtney).
