She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Billie and Jasper Billie; her son Josh Billie; her brothers, James Billie, Melvin Billie, Leroy Billie and Randy Billie; her grandsons, RaeQwon Spann, Demetric Cousar and King Robinson; her brother-in-law Lee Franklin; and her son-in-law Jay Bird.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cousar, Seneka WIlson (Hammie) and Jermaine Smith; her siblings, Jasper Bill Billie (Annie), Roland Billie, Samuel Billie, Brenda Franklin, Charlene Brand (Anthony), Patricia Taylor (Herbert) and Francise Hunter (Larry); her sister-in-law Evette Billie of Richland, Virginia; and her caregivers, Tammy and Pam. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Whites Mortuary (517 N Guignard Dr, Sumter, SC 29150). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Congruity Presbyterian Church Cemetery (3750 Congruity Rd, Gable, SC 29051). A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Ruby M. B. Simon Family Cemetery (3750 Congruity Rd, Gable, SC 29051).
