It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Gibbons of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charlie W. Gibbons and Estelle Hensley Gibbons; his spouse Tedi Hoke of Blacksburg; his children, Phillip Reid Gibbons (Phil) and Susan Parris (John); his grandchildren, Will Gibbons and Casey Andryushchenko (Vlad); his great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Matthew Andryushchenko; and his daughter-in-law Sue Gibbons.
