It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Scruggs of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard Scruggs (Jimmy) and Lois Ruth Cowart Scruggs; and his brothers, John D. Scruggs and Wayne Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Pearl Millen Scruggs; his children, Bobby Wayne Scruggs (Eunice) of Gaffney, David Lee Scruggs (Dell) of Windham, Maine and Tammy Jo Scruggs (Christy) of Hickory; his siblings, Michael Scruggs of Gaffney, Larry Scruggs (Bonnie) of Gaffney, Judy Millen (Frank) of Gaffney, Joyce Miller of Gaffney and Janice Yanello (David) of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Joseph Scruggs (Mindy), Jonathan Scruggs, Clay Scruggs (Kalie) and Ryan Scruggs (Austinn); and his great grandchildren, Katie Scruggs, Asher Scruggs, Holt Scruggs, Magnolia Scruggs and Lilly Scruggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
