She was predeceased by: her husband Paul B. Dobbins Jr.; her parents, Roy Peeler and Millie Cora Kennedy Peeler; her daughter Jeannie Rhyne; and her siblings, Pierce Peeler, Floyd Peeler, Marvin Peeler, Roy Peeler, Howard Peeler, Fulton Peeler, Millie Morrow, Christine Reynolds and Naomi Dillard.
She is survived by: her son Mike Dobbins (Jaymie) of Gaffney; her son-in-law Ric Rhyne (Emberly) of Gaffney; and her grandchildren, Eric Dobbins, Katie Rhyne Clopton (Brandon) and Josh Rhyne (Anna).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
