He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Rayford Peeler and Kay Sullivan Peeler; and his aunt Carolyn Hames. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Helms Peeler; his son Jonathon "JP" Peeler of Gaffney; his siblings, Steve Peeler (Cathy) of Pacolet, Cindy Gardner (Joel) of Blacksburg and Tracie Thomas (Billy) of Gaffney; his mother-in-law Pearl Wood of Marshville, NC; his siblings-in-law, Alan Helms (Andrea) of Hartsville and Kim Hinson (Doug) of Monroe; and his great-niece Jacie Jones of Cowpens.
