He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert McCullouch and Catherine Millen; his siblings, Floyd Millen, Gary Millen of Gaffney, Woody Millen, Johnny Millen, Frank Millen and Lib Sparks; Joyce Powell Millen.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Duvall Millen; his sons, Tony Millen (Donna) of Gaffney and James Millen (Tammy) of Gaffney; his stepchildren, Ronald "Bo" Moss (Kathy) of Pacolet and Debra Moss of Travelers Rest; his siblings, Pete Millen (Judy) of Gaffney and Pearl Scruggs (Mary Willis) of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Cheltsey Yeargin (Roger), Zackari Barron, Kaylee Millen, Kayla Swanger (Danny), Kennedy Sellers (Jerrico) and Klein Millen (Kaylee). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
