She was predeceased by: her husband Charles R. Ruppe; her parents, Everette Carson Wallace and Cora Belle Deaton Wallace; and her siblings, Bobby Wallace, Junior Wallace, Everette Wallace, Ruth McCraw, Bernice Pruitt and Shirley Marcoux.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Daniel Ruppe of Gaffney and Stephanie Richardson (Melvin) of Gaffney; her great grandchildren, Tylen Tate, Aaden Richardson and Charles Owen Ruppe; and her brothers, James Wallace (Judy) of Gaffney and Paul Wallace (Joyce) of Cowpens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Fairview Baptist Church (505 State Rd S-11-94, Gaffney, SC 29341).
