She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Waters and Elizabeth Allison Waters; and her siblings, Mike Waters and Kay Waters. She is survived by: her husband Wallace Lamar "Dickie" Owens; her children, Kevin Owens, Wallace Owens Jr. (Sandra) of Circleville, Ohio, Jacqueline Senter (John) of Lexington and Teresa McAbee of Gaffney; her siblings, Jimmy Waters of Gaffney, Alfred Waters (Jan) of Gaffney, Randy Waters of Gaffney, John Waters (Cherri) of Gaffney, Ann Moss of Gaffney, Mandy Irwin of Gaffney and Nancy Hampton (Dennis) of Blacksburg; and her grandchildren, Joshua Senter, Memphis Owens, Knox Owens, Keely McAbee and Ashley Cradlebaugh (Marcus). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
