He is survived by: his wife Mary Kelly Mullinax; his family Lord; his children, Wayne Mullinax of Boiling Springs, SC and Melisa Fitzgerald of Gaffney; his siblings, Dean Mullinax of Gaffney, Gloria Acrey of Gaffney, Betty Mullinax of Gaffney and Idell Mullinax of Gaffney; his granddaughter Breanna Coyle (Tim) of Boiling Springs; and his great grandchild Arthur Wayne Coyle.
