It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Blanton of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Osbia Lovelace and Elizabeth Ledford Lovelace; her son Jimmy Blanton; and her siblings, Charles Lovelace, Robert Lovelace, Kenneth Lovelace and Kathleen Patterson.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Blanton; her children, Mark Blanton (Melissa) of Gaffney, Donna Ledford (Danny) of Cliffside, NC and Susan Blanton (Bobby Morgan) of Forest City, NC; her grandchildren, Sheena Davis (Aaron), Shannon Sims (Chris), Michael Blanton, Morgan Blanton, Jonathan Blanton (Carrie) and Joshua Blanton (Kailey); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Charlotte, Grant, Leah, Hallie, Isla and Truitt.
