She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Wayne Parris; her parents, Carl Grant Sr. and Lucille Horn Grant; and her siblings, Carl "Whitey" Grant, Sam Grant, Alice Turney and Barbara Henry.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Parris (Darla) of Gaffney and Shane Parris (Heather) of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Jonathan Parris (Niki), Kristin Pulido (Jorge), Jackson Parris and Dawson Parris; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Wyatt, Bruno and Jorge; her sister Louise Westmoreland of Gaffney; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Grant, Ben Parris and Clyde Turney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
