It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Sue Motts of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Motts; her parents, Winston Spencer and Martha Mathis Spencer; her son Jamie Spencer; and her brother Rocky Spencer.

She is survived by: her sons, Steven Motts (Laura) of Gaffney and Wayne Motts (Hayley) of Blacksburg; her sisters, Barbara Bostic (Eddie) of Gaffney and Patricia Spencer Hill of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Marshall Ethan Motts, Abigail Grace Motts, Daneka Huskey (Dillon), Braelyn Lane Motts, Hannah Motts and Jayden Drake Sellers; and her great grandchild Baker Huskey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: New Hope Baptist Church, 605 13th Street, Gaffney, SC, 29340.
