He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Joseph Arico of Brooklyn and Pridmore Arico of Gaffney; his wife Phillis Emma Sylvester; his son Louis Arico (Emily Hope VanNoy); his grandchildren, Leo and Xander; his daughter Quillan Lee Arico of Charlottesville; his stepdaughter Emily Christine Curtis of Brooklyn; his sister Paula Marie Arico of Tallahassee; his nieces and nephews, Jordan Arico and John Paul Holwell; and his brother Arthur Louis Arico (Tricia Maddox Goodloe).
