He was predeceased by: his parents, Lokie Mullinax and Louise Lanier Mullinax; and his daughter Melissa Holland. He is survived by: his wife Georgia McCullough Mullinax; his children, Leonard Wayne Mullinax (Sissi) of Gaffney, Mike Mullinax of Gaffney and Samantha Crosby (Curtis) of Gaffney; his stepdaughter Janice "Koot" McBee of Gaffney; his sister-in-law Joyce McCullough of Gaffney; his stepgranddaughter Krystal McBee; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Kalista Taylor.
