She was predeceased by: her spouse Ezell Mullinax, Sr.; her parents, Carl Monroe Ballard and Eva Mae Plyler Ballard; her son David Mullinax; and her siblings, Joyce Grubbs, Janice Cheek, Evelyn Coombs, Ruth Burnett, Vera Klutz, Carl Ballard, Jr., Curtis Ballard, Butch Ballard and Bobby Witty.
She is survived by: her children, Ezell Mullinax, Jr. (Kathy) of Gaffney, Carl Mullinax (Loretta) of Gaffney and Mary Sue Rollins (Ricky) of Gaffney; her sister Margie Ballard of Barnwell; her grandchildren, Chris Rollins, Michael Rollins, Tabbatha Mullinax, Amber Mullinax, Carla Mullinax (Wesley Harris) and Holton Guyton (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Courtney Rollins (D. J. Wilson), Tyler Rollins, Blake Rollins, Wesley Parker (CC Medley), Tristen Moss, Jonathan Moss, Jase Rollins, Elissa Rollins and Owen Harris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
