She was predeceased by: her spouse Winford Lamont McCraw; her parents, Lloyd "Hap" Phillips and Pearl Allison Phillips; her son Phillip Joe Garner; and her sisters, Rebecca Robbs and Nancy Vess.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Geddings Garner (Kelly) of Wake Forest, NC and Denise Coffey (Gary) of Spartanburg; her stepdaughters, Pamela Sarratt of Gaffney, Tina McCraw of Gaffney and Molly Hefner of Gaffney; her brothers, Eckels Phillips (Vera) of Gaffney and Joe Phillips (Carolyn) of Gaffney; and her grandchildren, Rev. Andrew Garner (Maranda), Sally Stremlow (David), Chris Kietzman, Cynthia Racz, Randy Coffey (Wendi) and Stacy Rabine (Patrick). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
