We are sad to announce that, on November 3, 2025, at the age of 82, Myrtis Parris of Gaffney, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Parris; her parents, Sam Willard and Juanita Guthrie Harris; her son Donald "Donnie" Peeler; and her siblings, Sammy Willard and Martha Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Peeler (Suzie) of Gaffney and Angela Arthur (Chris) of Gaffney; her sisters, Patsy Wix of Gaffney and Nancy Bishop of Landrum; and her grandchildren, Katie Peeler, Brandon Peeler (Casie), Jordan L. Dill (Traci), Jacob Dill (Alicia) and Amy Phillips (Blake). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
