With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Byers of Gaffney, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Edward Byers; her parents, Floyd Smith and Mary Jenkins Smith; and her son-in-law Steven Clyde. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Marinucci (Jerry) of Gaffney, Teresa Clyde of Gaffney and Patty Roberts (Charles) of Gaffney; and her grandchildren, Brad, Brent, Crystal, Bridget, Laura, Joshua, Heather, Joseph and Jerry. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
