He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Barker Ellis; his daughter Stephanie Conrad (Daniel) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Phillip Alexander Stilwell (Julianna), Violet Zoe Stilwell and Stephanie Savannah Stilwell; and his great grandchild Phillip Todd Stilwell.
