She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Phipps and Betty Shetley Smiley; her stepfather Gary Smiley; and her siblings, Tommy Phipps, Floyd Phipps, Johnny Phipps and Linda Runyens.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Davis; her daughters, Jo Anne Davis (Rodney Bates) of Gaffney and Robbie Ann Eaker of Gaffney; her sister Patsy Lee (Jerry) of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Alyssa Quinn (Franky), Tyler Quinn (Cassandra) and Ethan Davis; her great grandchild Isaiah Quinn; and her nephew David Phipps of Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
