He was predeceased by: his parents, William Enoch and Ruby Hamilton Spivey; his wife Nettlease Suggs Spivey; his son Jimmy Spivey; and his siblings, Marjorie S. Rabon, Joanne S. Oberg and William W. Spivey.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Siratt (Tommy) of Bayboro, Rodney Spivey (Debbie) of Bayboro and Sheila Cartrette (Derrick) of Bayboro; his grandchildren, Julianna S. James (Paul), Reed Siratt, Ashley C. Gordy (Jeff) and Drake Cartrette (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Joshua Siratt, Derby Cartrette, Grace James, Danny Cartrette, Jesse James, Lillie Siratt and Ansley Gordy; and his siblings, Annie Blanche Rose and W. E. Spivey.
