She was predeceased by: her parents, Olaaf Eugene Starr and Ora Del Patrick; her husband Jesse Cook; and her son Darrel Dean. She is survived by: her children, Dessie Ray (Nicky), Jesse Leroy Cook, Michael Jon Cook (Sandra), Terry Cook (Janice), Toni K. Smith, David O. Cook (Krystal), Alan B. Cook and Gail Cox (CJ); and her sister-in-law Irene Johnson (William). She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
