He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Winburn and Joyce Vaught Winburn; his cousin Paul Winburn; his niece Taylor Hughes; and his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Joan Rabon.

He is survived by: his wife Polly Winburn; his daughters, Mandi Winburn, Brandi Jordan (Neil) and Abby Mincey (Blake); his grandchildren, Rylee Jordan (Luis), Kale Jordan, Levi Mincey and Griggs Mincey; his siblings, Glenn Winburn (Jackie), Katrina Tyler (Ed) and Shawn Jenerette (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Ruthie Jordan (Blix) and Stacy Smith (Buddy).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Salem Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
