He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Steven Huggins and Flora Mae Cooper Huggins. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Huggins (Jennifer), Wesley Huggins (Laurie) and Kimberly Miles (Richie); his grandchildren, Colby Huggins, Taylor Dimery (Ryan), Mallory Huggins, Landon Miles, Johnathon Huggins, Carsten Huggins and Savanna Huggins; his great grandchild Abigail Rayne Dimery; his sister Carolyn Collins (Larry); Levern Huggins, James "Bill" Huggins, Emory "Bruce" Huggins, Emalene Huggins Cox, Edwin Wayne Huggins, Joseph "Joe" Huggins and Frances "Marilyn" Lewis. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
