He is survived by: his mother Ruth Church Blanchard; his daughter Casey Blanchard; his siblings, Mike Blanchard (Patti), Henry Blanchard and Julie Patton (Jim); and his aunt Nancy Kauffman (Chuck). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
