He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Gregory (Johnny), Sharon Brant (Fred T.) and Jimmie L. Pound, Jr. (Claudea); his grandchildren, Kelli Wilson (Ryan), John Gregory, Brittany Saylor (Keegan), Tyler Brant (Brittany), Jordyn Snow (Brennon), Noah Pound, Jonah Pound and Jack Pound; his stepdaughter Heather; his stepgrandsons, Caleb and Tanner; and his former wife Betty Pound. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Gaston.
