She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Williams Sr. and Lucille Potee Williams of Calhoun County; her husband Benjamin Franklin Lykes Sr.; her sons, Ivy Lykes, Perry Lee Lykes, Frank Lykes, JD Lykes, Ben Lykes Jr. and Stanley Lykes; and her siblings, Gladys Williams, Evelyn Favor, Maggie Williams, Nelson Williams Jr. and Frank Williams.
She is survived by: her children, James Lykes (Diana) of Columbia, Luginia Earle (David) of West Columbia, Shirley Lykes of West Columbia and Rosa Lykes of West Columbia; and her nieces and nephews, Curtis Williams, Bernard Williams, Frank Oliver, Jonathan Williams, Willie Lee Williams, Joyce Benjamin, Sarah Johnson, Valerie Gist, Kimberly Williams, Crystal Williams, Darlene Coffield of West Cola, Gladys Jivers and Jeanette Jobbert (AL) of New York City.
