He was predeceased by: his father Robert; and his grandparents, Jean Andrea Sikes and Carl Donald Waters, Sr. of Savannah, Georgia.. He is survived by: his daughter Nadell Padgett of Pembroke, Georgia; his mother Carla D. Padgett; his siblings, Amanda B. and Aaron B. Padgett of Savannah, Georgia; his grandparents, Marcia J. Rowland of Butner and Tom Padgett of Gainesville, Georgia; his uncles, Thomas of Savannah, Steve of Savannah, Michael of Savannah, Ted Padgett of Savannah, Carl D. Waters of Savannah and Dean (Melissa Padgett) of Roxboro; and his aunt Pamela (Richard Young). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
