It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stacey Paul Scott of Gaston, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elbert Scott and Dula Mae Pope Scott. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Scott; his children, Danielle Scott and Layne Scott; his stepdaughters, Mikayla Laird and Callista Laird; his grandchildren, Mila Partin, Elias Partin and Elaina Laird; and his sisters, Belinda Diamond, Tammy Scott and Renee Hoover (Timmy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
