He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burgess Condrey and Florence Bennett Condrey; and his siblings, William "Bill" Condrey, Jerry Condrey, Dorcas "Dot" Lyles, Betty Hockett and Virginia Condrey.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Condrey; his daughters, Cindy Wise (Wade) and Tammy Hutto (Watson); his grandchildren, Morgan Fertick (Clayton) and Cameron Wisniewski (Bryan); his great grandchild Miles Fertick; and his siblings, Fred Condrey, Clyde Condrey Sr. and Shirley Odel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
