She was predeceased by: her husband John H. Bullard; her parents, John Clifford Miller and Mattie Shelley Miller; her son-in-law Jimmy Cooper; and her siblings, JC Miller, Walter Miller, Horace Miller, Heyward Miller, Eloise Hammond, Freda Miller and Rita Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Donnie Bullard (Adline), Freida Kinard (Don) and Mattie Cooper; her granddaughters, Missy Vause (Eric), Linda Freeman (Harry), Wendy Cooper, Nichole Moore (Warren) and Dana Blumenthal (Colt); her great grandchildren, Brittany, Brook, Bryson, Ryan, Matthew, Summer, Allie, Rachel, Candace, Michelle, John, Mallory, Gracie, Josh, Dallas and Sheldon; her great great grandchildren, Bryleigh, Bentley, Trinity, Blakleigh, Rhys, Madisyn, Tori, Nash, Ella Gray and Karmen; her sisters, Jennie Hobbs (Murph) and June Grainger; Geannie Ann Ard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
