With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fabiana Chavez Camacho of Georgetown, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2026 at the age of 68. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Chavez Valdez and Leopolda Camacho Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband Filimon Hernandez; her sons, Ruben Hernandez Chavez, Edgar Hernandez Chavez and Jose A. Hernandez Chavez; her grandchildren, Jose M. Hernandez Chavez, Maria Hernandez Trejo, Jaqueline Hernandez Juarez, Edgar Hernandez Juarez and Cristian J. Hernandez Trejo; her daughters-in-law, Miriam Trejo and Jenny Juarez; her nephew Gilberto Chavez Espinoza; and her pets, Maki and Rocky.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
