He is survived by: his wife Estvie Cribb West; his children, Joseph "Joey" West (Patricia) of Moncks Corner, Hommer Dale West (Sylvia) of Andrews and Connie Litchfield Phillips (Ronald) of Moncks Corner; his daughter-in-law Tammy Langley of Andrews; his granddaughters, Chasity Dannielle Martin and Kimberly "Nikki" Ellerbe; his great grandchildren, Holden, Hailey and Mikayla; his great great grandchild Colson; and his pets, Speck, Shadow, Cletis and Tootsie.
