He is survived by: his children, Dawn Price (Tara) of Calhoun Falls, Jessica Fleming (Craig) of Elberton, GA and David Mercer of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Anthony Alston (Joh'nieka) of Georgetown, Lane Fleming of Elberton, GA and Maci Fleming of Elberton, GA; his great grandchild AJ Alston of Georgetown; his siblings, Linda M. Miller of Georgetown, Gerald L. Mercer of Georgetown, Rene Bone of Andrews and Debbie Jenkins of Georgetown; and his close friends, Earl Atkinson of Bowling and Andrea Witherspoon of Bowling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
