James Elliott Glasser Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Elliott Glasser (Georgetown, South Carolina), who passed away on August 3, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Glasser; his wife Daisy Lee Glasser; his son Alan Kann; and his siblings, Howard, John, Charles Glasser and Sarah Glasser.
He is survived by: his father Howard Glasser; his uncles, George and Elly; his children, Kelly Mayer (Cliff), Debora "Debbie" Sellers (Steve) and Patricia "Patty" Kann; and his sister Jane Stanley. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Wren's Chapel United Methodist Church cemetery fund, 6380 Come About Way, Awendaw SC 29429-6165, honoring Elliott's lifelong commitment to his community.
