She is survived by: her pets, Beau and Bella; her children, Lucila Rostro Diaz, Jessica and Jesus; her siblings, Luis Chavez (Maris), Juan Tonee Balderas, Lupe Howell, Luz Elena Chavez, Chele Chavez, Claudia Blehm and Cynthia Harrelson; and her nieces and nephews, Jesus, Alora Chavez, Elizabeth Blehm, Olivia Vargas, Rebecca Vargas, Hazel Howell, Hayden Howell, Lucas Chavez, Aaron Chavez, Jenson Chavez and EJ Blehm.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (219 Cleland St, Georgetown, SC 29440). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens (1640 Pennyroyal Rd, Georgetown, SC 29440).
