It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Franklin Drake (Georgetown, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 26, 2019, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Donnelly, John H. Drake and Gloria Holmquist Drake. He is survived by: his parents, Theresa Donnelly Teetor (Bobby) and John Evert Drake (Deborah DuPont Lattin); his children, Kingstree and Lacey Isabella Drake; his sister Betty Anderson (David) of Elgin; his grandmother Betty Donnelly of Andrews; his nephews, Kenneth and Jackson Anderson; and his cousin Joseph Donnelly.

The family suggests donations to his daughter's college fund the Lacey Drake College Fund c/o Bank of Greeleyville, 209 Martin Luther King Avenue, Kingstree, SC 29556.
