He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ernest McLeod, Jr. and Margaret Mallard McLeod; and his brother Edward Ernest McLeod, III. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Lee Langley McLeod; his children, Amanda McLeod of Georgetown and Scott McLeod of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Karlyn McLeod of Columbia, Christopher McLeod of Georgetown and James McLeod of Georgetown; his sister Joan Gause of Myrtle Beach; and his sister-in-law Betty Bassett McLeod of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Screven Baptist Church (2221 S Island Rd, Georgetown, SC 29440). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 3:45 PM at the Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens (1640 Pennyroyal Rd, Georgetown, SC 29440).
